Custom Gate Design
We designed this elegant automatic gate system for an upscale home in the desert. The below water structure makes it seem like the welded steel arms flow out of the ponds on each side of the driveway.
X-Ray Spectrometer
This X-Ray Spectrometer must be the most complex hand held device we have ever worked on. The dense packaging, safety requirements and myriad of moving parts were a real challenge. The end result is a beautiful piece of engineering and worldwide sales dominance for our client.
Relay Enclosure
Purely functional equipment can still look good. The electronics in this enclosure serve a vital purpose in 19 inch equipment racks of server farms. The custom molded strain relief and color coordinated locking screws provide a polished look when compared with competitors drab offerings.
One Touch Wireless Pairing
We developed this simple wireless base to be installed in firetrucks. Even while using gloves fireman can quickly grab any pair of headphones push the button and be connected to their commander.
Lamp Sconce
Consumer lighting products require a high level of polish and attention to detail. The surfaces on this sconce were sculpted to reflect light uniformly and have the appearance of melting into the brass base.
Adjustable Beam Flashlight
Mechanics wanted single hand beam focusing and their light not to roll away when they were under a vehicle. The patented thumb actuated beam adjustment and hexagonal shape make this a top seller.
Sealed Headset
Headsets for pilots must be sealed to keep out dust and water as well as to maximize the acoustical performance. A simple fixture was developed that precisely aligned the parts during the delicate gluing process to ensure 100% sealing and cosmetic appeal.
